For our office in Milan we are looking for:

New Graduates for Alliances Client & Sales Area


The Alliance Client & Sales Support Analyst will support Alliance Sales Directors and Accenture Client Teams to build and maintain relationships with key Alliances Partners to facilitate and increment Accenture business in a specific territory, shaping a deal to cover Technology Fulfillment needs of our Clients. He/She works effectively with third party Alliances Partners facilitating the delivery of our Resale capabilities/offerings including, among others, pricing, ordering, shipping and delivery, invoicing, revenues booking and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales professionals (Alliance Sales Directors; Technology and Industry Sales Executives) in understanding Client requirements, constraints, buyer values and high-level acceptability criteria for any hardware and software solution
• Manage sales materials, credentials, pricing from Alliances Partners to finalize RFI/RFP/proposal responses including Third Parties hardware and software products
• Build a deep knowledge of the different pricing models for hardware and software solutions to achieve the most competitive price
• Build credible relationships and properly manage interfaces both internally to Accenture (e.g. with Sales Leads, Legal, Finance, Contracting, Global Alliances Organization) as well as external (e.g. Third Parties’ Sales Reps, Third Parties Legal and Finance referents, Clients’ Buyers), as appropriate
• Understand Accenture assets, offerings and methodologies to match Client business needs effectively

• Supplier Relationship Management
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Ability to create a business plan and execute against it
• Fluent in Italian and English language

Others:
• Looking for new graduates or candidates with limited previous experience, given the young role we are looking for
• Former experience is recognized - if any - not more than 1 year (examples of former experience are: Procurement Office; Technology Pre-sales activities at a Manufacturer; Technology consultant in a System Integrator)
• The role will report to the CSS Lead in Italy and will work in strict connection with an off shore EMEA team based in Prague
