For our Milan, Rome and Turin offices, we are looking for:

Telco Cloud CRM Consultant
He/She will join the Industry Centre of Excellence in Milan, taking part to major projects of technology transformation in the Communications market and across the world. He/She will work closely to Client Team to educate and facilitate new technologies scouting and support roadmap definition with focus on CRM/BSS SaaS/Cloud and SFDC Technology.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering and economics
• 3 – 5 years of experience in communications industry
• 2 – 3 years experience in CRM Salesforce.com Technology for Telco companies
• knowledge on eTom Telco process and SID Telco Data Model
• knowledge of SFDC Cloud Applications and systems to leverage on for building E2E BSS Architecture and Use Cases for Telcos CRM.
• functional and analytical expertise to design a solution to address on-going requirements
• ability to work with client gathering business requirements from multiple sources and analyze and summaries them
• excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users stakeholders and technical resources
• ability to work in an highly collaborative model
• Complex problem solving
• Knowledge of English language
