For our offices in Milan we are looking for:
CRM Expert

CRM Expert will be responsible for creating, designing and delivering fully-measurable CRM programs for our clients with the aim of driving engagement, increasing conversion, improving retention and increasing customer value across all touch points..

Key activities:
• Creating, designing and delivering CRM programs for our clients encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
• Managing CRM platforms ensuring they work seamlessly across the organizations and capture all the required information at key points in the customer life-cycle
• Customer Journey mapping and analyzing touch points with our clients in order to maximize their commercial opportunities
• Creating, designing and implementing marketing campaigns in order to achieve the defined objectives.
• Monitoring data accuracy and integrity while ensuring a CRM Customer Base is effectively segmented for targeted marketing activities
• Driving best practices and ensuring the right consumer database management, marketing automation and efficient use of data for marketing optimization purposes.

• 3 or more years of experience in CRM programs;
• Experience in direct marketing campaign management, particularly in campaign data selection, design, and production.
• Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
• Strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities
• Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented
• Good knowledge of English
