For our offices in Milan and Rome we are looking for:

Network Engineering Operations Consultant

The candidates will be part of the Network Practice to support the plan, design, install and construct processes at communications service providers. They help our clients to innovate and transform their businesses around how they plan, build, launch and operate network and service platforms in order to streamline operations, minimize time to market, and reduce costs. The candidates will also have a close co-operation responsibility with various units and geographies inside Accenture.

They will drive process or technology assessments and recommendations, conduct operating model analysis and provide recommendations to help carriers more efficiently design, install and deploy network to support services.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree, preferred in the following areas: Engineering, MIS, Business or Science background.
• 2+ years of proven Consulting/Services experience in the Communications, Media & Technology industry:
o Client relationship management and project management
o Business Process optimization and effectiveness through technology solutions
o Insight to market and industry trends, and their impact on a client
• 2+ years of exposure to communications networks, network operations (engineering, service delivery, service assurance or field force)
• 1+ year experience with network transformation - across people, process and technology domains
• Preferred experience in the following industry or technical area: workflow management tools (PEGA, Oracle BPM, etc.), telecom network layers (DWDM, SONET/SDH, IP), network planning and deployment processes, or video
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
